Car Rental Bali - Term & Condition

Rent a Bali car rental with a driver including petrol/gasoline

• The rates are included car, driver, and gasoline, NOT including parking fee, entrance ticket, and or other local retribution.
• The rates are NOT included in insurance. Highly recommend travel with travel insurance.
• No additional charge in case the vehicle has to wait due to the delay of arrival flight maximum of 1 (one) hour.
• The type of usage charge will be settled based on the reservation in advance.
• There is an additional charge (empty run) for start and finish out side of Denpasar, Sanur, Seminyak, Legian, Kuta, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua as bellow:

- Ubud and Tanah Lot area will be an extra charge for 3 hours price.
- Candi Dasa and Bedugul area will we an extra charge for 4 hours price.
- Lovina, Gilimanuk, and Padang Bai area will be an extra charge for 6 hours price.

• Highly recommended to book a rental car minimum of 7 days before service for the normal season. A cancelation fee would be charged:

- Two days (48 hours) before service will be charged 50% of the price or if there is a Deposit/Down Payment is not refundable.
  Deposit/Down Payment not be refundable.
- On the day of service and the vehicle already stand by at the place requested, will be charged full payment.

Rent a Bali car rental for the self drive on Bali Island

• Renter’s age must be at least 18 years old or over and has an International Driving License or Tourist Driving License for foreigners, and National Driving License for Indonesian Nationalities.
• The rental rate is inclusive of car damage coverage with own excess minimum of USD 50 and a maximum of USD 1000. It depends on the volume of the damage. The customer does NOT pay any damage excess if the car drops back at the same condition as per handover. Price does NOT include personal insurance and third liability party insurance.
• Self-drive car rental rates are for 24 hours a day excluding petrol. In the event of additional hours, the customer (renter) will be charged US$ 4.50 or Rp. 35.000 per hour, maximum 4 hours. More than 4 hours will be counted as a 1-day rental. If wish to extend using of the car, the customer (renter) should inform the car rental company not less than 24 hours before the expiry date and time, otherwise, the car may be pre-booked by another party. If the customer (renter) does not inform the rental company more than 48 hours after the expiry date and time, the rental company has the right to report to the police department that the mentioned car is lost, and all risks and action taken by police department will be the renter responsible.
• The customer (renter) will be fully responsible for any consequence caused by letting or giving the car to be driven by a person other than the renter, mentioned in the contract.
• The customer (renter) will be fully responsible for any damage, or theft of the car or part of it if the car is driven not on the road (e.g. beach, field, etc.) and or driving the car under control conditions (drunk).
• It is not permitted to drive a car outside of Bali Island without the approval of a car rental company.
• It is not permitted to drive for special purposes like race, drag race, and or other similar functions.
• A baby car seat is available on request. This extra service will be charged for IDR 100.000.
• Payments and Cancellation: All payments are to be paid in full, in cash, or by credit card upon signing of the contract.
• There will be 3% surcharge for payment settled by credit card.
• Payment made in cash US Dollars, a bank-notes year before 2020 or marked would not be accepted, as the Bank and Money Changer would not accept them.
• If the customer (renter) wishes to return the vehicle before the end of the contract period, a fee of 50% of the remaining days will be charged. The one-day rental charge will be charged to a renter who cancels their reservation less than 24 hours/on delivery day.
